The connection is particularly relevant as younger American consumers increasingly incorporate fruit into occasions beyond traditional meals, particularly breakfast and snacking. The Association of Imathia's Agricultural Cooperatives (ASIAC) brings together eight of Greece's largest officially recognized Fruit Producer Organizations. Greece has significantly expanded its presence in the international kiwi sector in recent years and is now the third-largest kiwi exporter globally.
