MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Saratech, a provider of engineering, manufacturing, PLM, 3D printing solutions, and a Siemens Digital Industries Software expert partner, announced that it has acquired Geometric Solutions, LLC, a Michigan-based Siemens PLM software provider. Through the transaction, Saratech will assume responsibility for Geometric Solutions' software license and subscription sales, PLM implementation, customer support, and training programs.

The acquisition brings together two organizations focused on helping manufacturers modernize product development with connected design, simulation, manufacturing, data management, and lifecycle solutions. For customers, the expanded Saratech organization is expected to provide broader technical coverage, deeper Siemens software expertise, and a larger support and training network for teams advancing digital transformation initiatives.
