Dr. Maroon is a board-certified neurosurgeon and internationally recognized authority in brain health, sports neurosurgery, concussion management, neuroinflammation, and longevity science. He is Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and has served for decades as Team Neurosurgeon for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dr. Maroon is also a prolific researcher and author, widely respected for his work in preventive neurology, functional medicine, and healthspan science.
