Cost Less Containers Warns Buyers After Unauthorized Firm Uses Its Greenville, TX Address
Greenville, United States - October 4, 2026 / Cost Less Containers /
Greenville, TX -- October 02, 2026
Cost Less Containers has issued a container fraud alert after discovering that an unauthorized company may be using the business's Greenville, Texas address to advertise shipping containers for sale to unsuspecting buyers. The company identified that Mariner Containers, with which Cost Less Containers has no affiliation, may be listing the address of 153 FM 1564, Greenville, TX 75402 in connection with container sales transactions. Cost Less Containers is urging customers and the general public to verify any purchase directly before sending payment or sharing financial information.
Unauthorized Use of Business Address Raises Consumer Concern
The container fraud alert comes after Cost Less Containers became aware that its registered Greenville business address was being used without authorization by a separate company operating under a different name. The company has confirmed that it holds no business relationship, partnership, or affiliation of any kind with Mariner Containers. The concern centers on the potential for consumers to be misled into believing they are transacting with Cost Less Containers when they are not.
Address misuse in the shipping container industry can expose buyers to financial risk, particularly when payment is requested in advance of delivery or inspection. Customers who have seen listings for shipping containers for sale tied to 153 FM 1564, Greenville, TX 75402 and are uncertain about the identity of the seller are encouraged to contact Cost Less Containers directly at (903) 513-5145 to confirm the legitimacy of any transaction.
Official Locations Confirmed by Cost Less Containers
Cost Less Containers operates from two verified locations in Texas. The first is 153 FM 1564, Greenville, TX 75402, and the second is 7322 W. FM 515, Yantis, TX 75497. Any company or individual representing shipping containers for sale under a different business name while citing either of these addresses is not acting on behalf of Cost Less Containers.
Customers are advised to cross-reference any seller's contact details, physical presence, and communication channels against the confirmed information provided directly by Cost Less Containers before proceeding with a purchase or submitting any financial details.
Founder Calls for Direct Verification Before Any Payment
"We built this business on straightforward dealings -- you call us, you know who you're talking to, and you can come see the containers yourself," said Beau Jones, founder of Cost Less Containers. "When someone uses our address without our knowledge, it puts our customers at risk, and that is something we take seriously. We want every buyer to call us directly at (903) 513-5145 before sending a single dollar to anyone claiming to sell containers from our location."
The advisory applies to any transaction -- online or otherwise -- in which a seller references the Greenville address or the Yantis address without being clearly identifiable as Cost Less Containers. Buyers searching for shipping containers for sale in the region are specifically cautioned to confirm seller identity through direct phone contact or an in-person visit to one of the company's two verified locations.
Steps Customers Should Take to Protect Themselves
Cost Less Containers is recommending a straightforward verification process for any prospective buyer. Before completing a purchase, customers should call (903) 513-5145 to speak directly with a Cost Less Containers representative, confirm that the seller's business name matches Cost Less Containers exactly, and avoid submitting payment to any account or individual that cannot be verified through the company's official contact channels.
The company has also made information available through its website at costlesscontainers.com, where customers can review the company's confirmed locations and reach out with any concerns related to this container fraud alert.
